- Managed a high profile security systems project for a national retail chain that was in crisis. Regained trust with customer, improved relationship, exceeded expectations and increased margins by over 30%.
- Successfully structured Network Engineering Technologies warehouse to be more effective with receiving, staging and shipping material and equipment for a security system high profile project for a national retailer. Lost or missing equipment was reduced by over 85%; saving time, reducing cost, improving margin and Wal-Marts satisfaction.
- Served as sales team network consultant. Successfully assisted clients with design and implementation of Frame Relay networks, Broadband and VPN solutions. Resulted in 45% increase with customer satisfaction.
- Managed the Statewide installation and implementation of a LAN/WAN infrastructure for The State of Wisconsin, Department of Health & Family Services Regional Offices and Child Protective Services.
- Hired, trained and managed desktop support staff for six Regional Offices and Child Protective Service offices for the State of Wisconsin. This reduced the call volume at the States Call Center by 50%.
- Took over management of a contract with the State of Indiana, which was in crisis, which resulted in a contract extension for two additional years. Revenue of 4.8 million.
- Team member of the first multi-node, multi-site, multi-State network for KLF Business Communications. The teams’ effectiveness resulted in additional business to international site and additional revenue of $4 million dollars. Twice the original contract.
- Participated in the development and successful implementation of a Centralized Dispatch Center that reduced cost and increased revenue with Technical Services, Customer Support & and Inside Sales. This time effective project resulted in almost 35% increase in revenue.
- Responded to bids from State agencies for voice, data and structured cabining projects. Project Award ratio, 4 to 1.
- Trained employees on all aspects of project management and operations support matters as required by company policies and procedures.
- Participated in all phases of operational/procedural start-ups for $1 million plus projects.
