• Managed a high profile security systems project for a national retail chain that was in crisis. Regained trust with customer, improved relationship, exceeded expectations and increased margins by over 30%.
• Successfully structured Network Engineering Technologies warehouse to be more effective with receiving, staging and shipping material and equipment for a security system high profile project for a national retailer.
